Q. Why do you rent plastic bowl machines instead of metal box machines?

A.  We have found that plastic bowl machines simply outperform the others.  The bowl style machine will have approximately 100 - 8 oz servings frozen and ready to serve at the start of your event.  The metal box style machine will only have 25 - 8 oz servings frozen and ready to serve at any given time during your event.  With the dual plastic bowl machines that we offer you will always have frozen drinks ready to serve, regardless of the size of your event.

 

Q. What mixes do you have available?

A. We have a LARGE supply of mixes in stock, both for kids and adult drinks.

 

Q. Do you deliver and set up the units? 

A. Yes. We will deliver and set up your equipment, and come pick it up once your event is over. It is against company policy to allow customer pickups. Set up does not count against your rental time.

 

Q. Is there a delivery charge?

A. Free delivery service is included in your rental fee if you are located in the following areas - Sugar Land, Missouri City, Alvin, Fresno, Arcola,  Stafford, Meadows, parts of Southwest Houston, Richmond (ending at Waterside Estates), Rosenberg, Booth and Thompsons.

  

Q. What is your cancellation policy? (not due to weather) 
A. You MUST cancel at least 48 hours, BY PHONE (832-512-8640) prior to your scheduled delivery time and obtain a cancellation number specific to your reservation. In the event the renter fails to adhere to this policy, they will be charged the full rental fee, due to the fact that we have lost that rental for the day. If we have arrived to deliver your unit and you are not there, or you do not have all the details cleared with your park, dealership, liability insurance, etc...you are reponsible for the full amount. You MUST have all details cleared for your event prior to delivery. Cancellations are NOT accepted for orders placed within 48 hours of your event.

 

Q. How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A. To ensure the best selection, we recommend you reserve your equipment as early as possible when you begin planning your event. We reserve weeks and months in advance and book up quickly. If you are planning a party in a park/public area, please make sure to secure your reservation with the park and make sure there is a proper power source within 75 feet. You must call the park/public area and receive approval to use their power source. We do rent a generator for $75.00, if needed. 

  

Q. How do I reserve a rental date?
A. Please call us at 832-512-8640 to reserve your date. At the time of booking, we will give you a total amount for all equipment to be rented.

 

Q. When is payment due?
A. Payment is due when the equipment is delivered prior to set-up. We accept cash or money orders. We ONLY accept checks from businesses, schools or churches.

Q. May I tip the delivery people/drivers?
A. Of course this is not required, but is entirely up to you.
